How many miles does Corolla last?

Toyota corolla is a very reliable car. I have a 2007 corolla that originally had 2nzfe engine. Due to extreme case to negligence and running the car on cng instead of petr before going weak.

When I got the car at about 250000 km, it was the first time I had changed transmission fluid, brake fluid, power steering oil and it was running on water with huge chunks of rusted metal from the radiator and sort of brown water. The clutch /pressure plate was at bare minimum (just to give you an idea of what the condition of the car was).

After I upgraded the engine and started taking care of it, it now runs on par with good cars like civic. It’s got about 350000 kms on it and still no problem. Almost every thing like belts, boots suspension is still original from the time it was bought. Just to give you an idea, the car is regularly driven on the road considered too extreme for the cars and most people have trucks and suvs in this area so, I have to compete with these types of cars on those road. I have had some cheap alterations /modifications but this car has never let me down.

Conclusion : So, as long as you take care of the car, I think that it can get 500000 km without major problems. Reliability and durability don’t mean a thing if you do not maintain it properly.

What’s there to like about the 2019 Toyota Corolla?

Yes, the Corolla is not overly exciting but it is a very competent, solid, safe, fuel-efficient vehicle that can be had at a very reasonable price.

I help a friend last week who needed good quality and reliable transportation with no extra bells and whistles.

Why are used Toyota Corollas so expensive?

I believe that would be called the law of supply and demand.

Certain vehicles maintain their value over time. It could be for a lot of reasons; consistent reliability, high value to cost ratio, low maintenance, logevity and just plain ol’ popularity to name a few.

Some cars have that status. Hondas and Subarus are typically marquees that hold their value exceptionally well; I know, I bought a 3 year old Subaru Forester and to get one in halfway decent condition cost some serious coin.

I suspect the same is to be said about the Corolla. It’s been a standard and popular vehicle for Toyota for many decades and apparently Toyota has kept up the quality and desireability of the model.

All the cars are inspected before shipping.

5. How long can I receive the car?
